By accessing and using Feedgram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
02Description of Service
Feedgram provides a feedback collection and notification service that allows you to receive user feedback from your websites via Telegram, Email, or Dashboard.
03User Responsibilities
You agree to:
✓Provide accurate information when registering
✓Keep your API keys and credentials secure
✓Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
✓Not use the service for spam or malicious purposes
04Data Collection
We collect feedback data submitted through your websites using our widget. This data is stored securely and only accessible to you through your dashboard.
05Subscriptions & Billing 💳
Feedgram offers free and paid plans (Limited, Plus, Lifetime). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
✓Recurring billing: Limited and Plus plans are billed annually and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
✓Lifetime plan: The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all features with no recurring charges.
✓Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
✓Upgrades & prorating: When upgrading from one paid plan to another, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
✓Plan limits: Each plan has specific limits on the number of hostnames, feedbacks per month, and AI analyses. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of certain features until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
06Refund Policy 💰
We want you to be satisfied with Feedgram. Our refund policy is as follows:
✓48-hour refund window: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your payment. After this 48-hour period, payments are non-refundable.
✓How to request: To request a refund, contact us on Twitter @gsbonnet within 48 hours of your purchase with your account email. ✓Lifetime plan: The same 48-hour refund window applies to Lifetime plan purchases. After 48 hours, the purchase is final.
✓Abuse prevention: Refund requests may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
07Limitation of Liability
Feedgram is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
08Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
